Created on paper, the work continues an exploration of the expressive potential of the medium without relying on visible drawn marks, instead employing textures, tonal variations, and subtle shadows to evoke a restrained visual language reminiscent of minimalism. The embossed traces impressed into the paper's surface become a metaphor for the imprint of personal memories upon the conscious mind. Faint images of places and environments once familiar gradually fade under the passage of time, overwritten by subsequent experiences. Yet memory endures, even when it survives only as a subtle impression.
