Made for the Biennial „The present in arts” Bârlad 2025, also part of the Group exhibition, “All Graphics BICT2: Expoziția Reprezentativă a studenților din Centrele Universitare”, Galeria Mansardă, FAD. It focuses on the theme of the biennial, that being the connexions and contrast between tradition and modernity. The technological components symbolize the aspiration towards the high-tech future, but the small embroidery-like details remind us that we are still stuck into a conservative society that wants progress without much change. The association of the two contrasting parts is an absurd, but metaphorical visual choice.
